About this project

Tiny's Demolition & Recycling took on the demanding task of removing 2,000 cubic yards of bedrock and concrete from inside an active industrial manufacturing plant in Antioch, Tennessee, a project spanning more than 200,000 square feet. Working inside a facility that never stopped running added a layer of complexity most demolition jobs never face, and it called for a level of precision that only specialized equipment could deliver.

To meet that challenge, Tiny's brought in state of the art concrete breaking robots capable of dismantling dense bedrock and concrete with tight, controlled accuracy. The robots navigated confined spaces throughout the plant while adapting to constantly changing conditions on an active production floor, breaking down material with a level of control that traditional methods simply cannot match. This approach significantly reduced the need for manual labor in high risk areas, keeping the jobsite safer while speeding up the overall pace of work.

Every phase of the project was planned around the plant's ongoing operations, with the team executing the breakdown and removal of material without disrupting production schedules or day to day activity inside the facility. The result was a swift, efficient execution that met strict timelines while operating under real world constraints most crews never have to plan around.

The project stands as a clear example of Tiny's ability to bring advanced robotic technology into complex, high stakes environments, delivering results that combine innovation, precision, and safety on some of the toughest jobsites in the industry.
