Tiny's Demolition & Recycling performed precision demolition on a live private school campus in Nashville, Tennessee, removing multistory academic structures, slabs, roof systems, and corridors across 58,000 square feet to make way for a new upper school addition. Working around students and staff on an active campus added a layer of complexity that required careful planning at every step.

The team developed a phased demolition plan sequenced around weekends, school breaks, and off hours to keep operations running smoothly throughout the project. Torch cutting hinge methods were used to safely separate structures from an adjoining gymnasium wall without compromising the building that needed to remain standing, while Brokk robotic demolition equipment handled confined space slab removals with precision.
