Tiny's Demolition & Recycling led the structural demolition of the south endzone seating sections at a major football stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, a 104,620 square foot project executed in multiple carefully sequenced phases. The scope called for precise planning from start to finish, with every phase timed to keep the project moving without disrupting the surrounding campus.
The team began by clearing all interior components on the concourse level, including the locker rooms situated beneath the seating structure. With the interior fully cleared, crews shifted to the exterior, removing ticket booths, archways, and fencing throughout the site. Each stage was completed cleanly, allowing the project to progress without delay or rework.
The final and most demanding phase involved the stadium bowl itself. Tiny's brought in high reach excavators outfitted with multi-processor attachments to break down the concrete structure, pairing that equipment with a crane to safely separate the east and west sides of the stadium. This combination of heavy equipment and coordinated technique allowed the team to manage a structure of significant scale and complexity while maintaining full control over the demolition sequence.
From interior strip out to full structural teardown, the project was completed within the original scheduled time frame, a reflection of the planning and coordination that went into every phase.
