Crews worked methodically to protect historic brickwork, archways, and window openings throughout the building while removing two full floors and shoring up structural walls to keep the building sound during construction. To manage the tight weight limits and structural sensitivities of a century old building, Tiny's brought in Brokk demolition robots and relied on 3D modeling to plan each phase with precision before equipment ever touched the structure. The team also adjusted the fourth floor layout to bring the space into ADA compliance, adding modern accessibility without compromising the historic design.

Sustainability stayed front and center throughout the eight month project, with the team following LEED standards, salvaging historical materials for reuse, and directing waste through clean landfill practices and disciplined material management.
